Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions are an incredible way to advance your existing practice, or to get started if you are a new practitioner.

Benefits of scheduling private yoga:

🧘‍♀️Classes are tailored to your specific goals and desires. Whether your goal is to relieve pain in the body, relax your nervous system, or get into great shape, I will create a bespoke plan for you; including helping you get into the poses you dream about!
🧘‍♀️Instead of hoping that your teacher in a class of 30 people can adjust or pay attention to your poses, I will be with you every step of the way. With 1:1 attention, your alignment and overall understanding of the practice progress grow exponentially.
🧘‍♀️We co-create the vibe & move at your pace. Your home becomes your sanctuary, where you get the opportunity to ask questions about poses, deepen your practice, and feel held by your personalized yoga class I create for you.
🧘‍♀️Schedule yoga around your life instead of rushing to the studio before or after work, or having to sit in traffic!

  • Family or small group yoga | $130 for 3 people + $10 per additional person

Corporate and Event Yoga

  • Corporate yoga | $250 base

    • Incorporating yoga into your employee's lives is an excellent way to boost their health and productivity. The poses reduce the physical pain and tension caused by sitting at a desk, as well as the mental stress sometimes associated with the workplace. Your employees will be energized, therefore more motivated to work effectively and efficiently. ​

    • $10 per additional person after 8

  • Event yoga (wedding day, birthday, bachelorette party etc.) | $250 base

    • Including yoga on your special day is an unforgettable way to bond with those important to you, as well as connect to yourself. These special classes promote your health and well-being, as well as your strength and flexibility both on and off the mat.

    • $10 per additional person after 8

Kids Yoga

  • Kids yoga - $ TBD depending on circumstances 

    • It's never too early to start yoga! Kids yoga classes are a playful interpretation of the practice.

    • We begin with a warm-up song, and the class is sequenced with a story. This approach keeps the kids engaged with the poses.

    • Teaching children mindfulness, breathing, and body awareness has endless benefits. Yoga helps children manage anxiety, reduce stress, and teaches them discipline. Yoga will improve your child's emotional regulation, boost their self-esteem, and enhance their concentration and memory.
