Join Shelby & Lauren for a New Year New Moon gathering
Sunday, January 18th from 4-6 pm at Ānanda Yoga Studio
The afternoon will begin with an astrology transmission, where Lauren will share how the current astrology might be landing on a collective level, as well as how to work with the energies that are present.
Shelby will then guide us through a few moments of gentle movement, before the Nidra meditation and sound bath. Accessible for all levels, these practices, when combined, co-create a space of deep rest, healing, and relaxation.
