New Moon Nidra & Sound Healing

This class is a donation based experience at a private backyard residence in Delray Beach. The address will be provided when you RSVP. We will ease into stillness by finding some gentle movements first. This will help us to separate from our days thus far, and more easily drop into the body. Yoga Nidra aims to guide you into the parasympathetic nervous system and provide a deeply restorative experience. The crystal bowls and healing instruments will amplify the potency of this inward journey. 

In the first hour, we will begin with a brief astro chat, then move into the guided experience. 

The following 30 minutes you may optionally stay to hang out, pull an oracle card, and connect with community :)

We encourage you to ensure your utmost comfort for this cozy evening :)

What to bring:

- Yoga mat or blanket to lay on

- 1 or 2 pillows (could be placed behind head, or behind kneecaps, while laying down)

- Possibly a blanket to cover you (I tend to get cold when I practice Nidra)

- Possibly an eye covering to support pratyahara (drawing senses inward)
