Donation Yoga & Sound Bath

Every Sunday at 9 am we gather at Veterans Park for a donation yoga class. The ocean breeze is flowing, the sun is shining, and the yogis are smiling! For this specialty class, we will have local sound healer Lauren Mezera provide a dreamy sound bath during an extended shavasana, capping off the experience with healing vibrations. This class will be 75 minutes, instead of the usual 60, so you receive a well-rounded experience with dynamic movement and tender stillness.
