Creative Sequencing Workshop Sunday November 19th 5-7 pm

This workshop is designed for:

•    Newer yoga teachers looking to gain confidence creating and teaching their own flows     

•    Seasoned yoga teachers looking to freshen up their offerings     

•    Yoga practitioners looking to cultivate a self-practice

In this workshop, Shelby will be sharing brief lectures on the origin of vinyasa yoga, and how we as unique teachers can develop our own flavor of this expansive style of yoga. You will have the opportunity to reflect and journal on prompts Shelby offers to help you gain clarity on the purpose and manifestation of your sequences.
